Omni Hotel and Congress Center, Orlando Florida.

Nigel was commissioned by Deliverers to project manage the event in Orlando. This involved specifying the audio visual equipment needed at the event and gaining three quotations from local suppliers. He was then asked to do a site visit with each supplier and choose the best company for the job. The event involved a main room for seven-hundred delegates and ten small breakout rooms, and a exhibition area. The exhibition area had twenty-five plasma screen booths showing the progression of the drug. The client also required simultaneous translation in eight languages. Nigel used a Apple Mac Laptop with eight language tracks using Logic software, synchronized to a DVD to output the languages to wireless remote headphones.
